Appointment of agents

The Issuer has appointed Swiss Investment Corporation Limited, Beaufort Court, Admirals Way, London E14 9XL as Paying Agent for the Notes. The role of Calucation Agent and Registrar for the Notes have been assumed by the Issuer.
