Declaration of Yield

The Board of Directors of Reditum have by a Board Resolution on 22 July 2020 decided to not yet declare Yield for the period 15 January 2020 to 15 July 2020.

The option for the Board of Directors in Reditum S.A. to declare or not declare yield for the last interest period is provided for in the Listing Particulars of the Reditum S.A. bond under Paragraph 3 and specifically under 3.3 of Part B, Terms and Conditions on page 16.
