Notice to Creditors – Judicial Reorganisation Proceedings

Reditum S.A. informs its creditors that, in accordance with the Luxembourg Commercial Court (Case I-2024/0029):

  • A reorganisation plan was filed with the court registry on 8 September 2025 and is available for consultation at the registry.

  • The hearing to vote on the plan has been scheduled for Monday, 29 September 2025 at 15:00, at the District Court of Luxembourg, Cité Judiciaire, Building CO, 7 rue du Saint Esprit, Room CO.1.02 (1st floor).

  • Creditors may submit their observations on the plan in writing or orally at the hearing.

  • Only creditors whose rights are affected by the plan are entitled to vote.

This notice is provided for the information of creditors further to the official summons issued by the Luxembourg Commercial Court on 11 September 2025.

Important notice to all bondholders of Reditum S.A.

The Issuer informs all its Bondholders that it has been put into Judicial Reorganisation by Judgement of the District Court of Luxembourg, sitting in Trade Matters, dated 17 October 2024 (N° 2024TALCH06/00586) with the view to allow the Issuer to find a refinancing in order to hopefully pay all the debts of the Issuer, especially the payment of the bonds and interests to the Bondholders and in this way to avoid the bankruptcy. A copy of the Judgement and RCS notice can be found below. An agreement with all creditors will be searched in the next months.

The total amount of Bonds still in circulation are EUR 8,861,932 (Eight million eight hundred sixty-one hundred nine hundred thirty-two euros).

The debts towards the Bondholders written in the books of the Issuer amounts to EUR 11,355,868 (Eleven million three hundred fifty-five thousand eight hundred sixty-eight euros).

According to Article 39 of the Luxembourg Law dated 7 August 2023 relating to the Preservation of Undertakings and the Modernization of the Bankruptcy Law, the Issuer informs all the Bondholders that they are considered as Ordinary Suspended Creditor (“Créancier sursitaire ordinaire”) in the books of the Issuer.

In order for the Issuer to certify the exact debt towards each Bondholder individually, they are all invited to contact the Issuer at its Office’s address or via email.
